What is the mode of payment?

We accept payments via bank transfer, Stripe and PayPal, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards.

When is my payment due?

Payment will be settled within 72 hours from the time the order confirmation is sent to you.

How can I confirm that you received my payment?

Log in to your account to view your order or send us an email reply from your order confirmation.

Can I change my shipping address?

No. Please make sure you submit the correct address for your order.

Who will pay for the shipment?

The buyer will pay for the shipment.

How will I know the cost of the shipment

Pearl Lam Galleries logistics team will reach out to you with the shipping charges as per your delivery address, once your order is ready to be dispatched.

Yes, the shipment will be insured.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number. You can always reach out to us at eshop@pearllamgalleries.com for any queries regarding the shipment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 10-12 business weeks. However, given the recent situation of COVID-19, logistics transportation and global delivery services are now subject to temporary delays. Please contact us at eshop@pearllamgalleries.com if there is any question concerning the time to dispatch.

What to do if your package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider. If your package is unable to be found by the provider, send an email to eshop@pearllamgalleries.com with your order number as the subject line and we will try to assist.

Are International Taxes & Duties included in the price?

International taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price. Once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your purchase may be subject to import taxes and local duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support any communication of information with customs as necessary.

How do I register on Pearl Lam Galleries eShop?

Step 2: Fill in your details as requested.

It’s that simple! Registration should now be completed, and you should receive an email verification at your registered address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Sorry, ordered items and quantities cannot be changed or canceled once the order is confirmed.
